Onto laths, stone or brick, ceilings or walls, using well matured lime putty, local
aggregates and plenty of fibre reinforcement.
Building up thin layers for a strong plaster, free of shrinkage cracks - basing my
practices on the evidence of historic plasters still surviving on historic buildings
in the UK and Europe and my own empirical observations of almost 20 years of conserving
& repairing old and historic buildings.
